We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use their refund request flow, or contact our support team at support@theaisound.com.

When refunds apply

Refunds are generally available for:

  • First-time Premium subscription purchases within 30 days of purchase.
  • Cases where the Service was materially unavailable or defective through no fault of the user.
  • Refunds required by local consumer protection law.

When refunds do not apply

Refunds are generally not provided when:

  • The refund request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase.
  • The request relates to a renewal charge after an initial 30-day period has passed.
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or material violation of our Terms of Service.

Due to the digital nature of AI generation and immediate server costs, we do not offer refunds outside of the 30-day guarantee unless required by law.

Cancellation and access

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle unless required by law.
